Q/ Is it difficult to install a Colon Therapy Supplies colonic machine.
A/ No the equipment comes complete with full installation DVD and owners manual but we do recommend you use a qualified plumber so all local WRAS regulations are complied with.

Q/ How do you install the pre heater
A/ The pre heater comes complete with all the hoses you need and is different to just a colonic machine installation but it is a simple procedure to connect and vent the heater prior to operation

Q/ What back up service do colon supplies offer
A/ Colon supplies are the only UK based company who offer on site back up . all new machine are covered by our 24hr response program. Call out is free and if any repairs are required this would be carried out on site. If possible if a repair was not possible then a loan machine would be arranged

Q/ Do we offer a back up agreement for equipment out of warranty.
A/ Yes we offer a service agreement on all machines.

Q/ What warranty do you offer
A/ 2 year warranty on all new equipment

Q/ Can I lease a machine.
A/ Yes we offer lease purchase on all equipment. typical is 3 year lease purchase agreement the we would only be to happy to explain the business benefits of lease. Please ask for a competitive quote

Q/ Do we sell used equipment
A/ Yes as and when available..All machines are fully serviced and tested and all equipment carries a 90 day warranty, but can be extended at a cost

Q/ What speculums do you sell.
A/ We supply a wide range of disposable speculum pack to suit most colonic machine including gravity units. all our speculum packs are manufactured in the UK.
